I’m Blenda and I am so happy that you are here. I started The Balloon & Event Construction Company in 2001 and we continue to be a thriving business in Northeast Florida today. My goal is to make ordering balloons easy for YOU! Whether you’re planning a high school prom or your child’s first birthday, you can depend on the Balloon & Event Construction Company.

We continue to evolve to better serve you.  We created this website to make online ordering easy for you. You have the option of calling or emailing your order in, however, if online ordering is your jam, we are happy to serve you here. We offer unique and fun balloon bouquet deliveries throughout Jacksonville and our neighboring counties. The opportunities for sending balloons are endless: birthdays, get wells, anniversaries and just to brighten someone’s day.
